Malta’s ELT Council was proud to organise the 5th annual ELT Conference in Valletta and to host the Image Conference, which has previously been held in Barcelona, Brasilia, Cordoba and Munich. With international speakers including the likes of Paul Girder, Kieran Donaghy, Antonia Claire, Marjorie Rosenberg and Scott Thornbury to name a few, the conference was also the stage for many local talents and was enthusiastically received by all who attended.

IH MG’s Director and Assistant Director of Studies, Lisa Phillips and Kate Kazanovska, presented on visual literacy and learner autonomy. The conference might best be summed up by Kate’s comment, “Create, share, inspire”.
